All of us understand that we can only keep one believed or one concept in our mindful mind. That’s why I like to work for an hour, another hour, and then take a 30-minute break because it kind of optimizes every two and a half hours. You could eat a meal, you can type of relax, go for a walk or take a longer break. But somewhere in that every 90 to 120 minutes, schedule a break for yourself so that your body can kind of relax and your mind can ignore and your emotions can recover. You’ll come back much more much and concentrated stronger when you arrange your breaks. To preserve focus, what you need to do is get rid of the distraction and disturbance, schedule time blocks to work in, an hour, 90 minutes, 120 minutes, preferably, and then really significantly, schedule and take routine breaks. When you schedule and take routine breaks, you’re honoring the way that your system works and you’ll return really strong from those breaks being able to preserve your focus for longer amount of times.
